NYSC Lagos State Coordinator, Mr. Sunday Aroni, has commended the Youth Alive Foundation, a Non Governmental Organisation for the positive change it has brought to Lagos State and the nation as a whole. The State Coordinator said this when officials from the organization paid him a courtesy visit in his office. He also promised to support the NGO to achieve its desired purpose and goals.
Earlier, the leader of the team, Mr. Chambali, thanked the State Coordinator for granting them audience despite his busy schedule. He appreciated the NYSC management for partnering with them for the past 2 years. Mr. Chambali also used the visit to thank the corps members for spreading the good news and educating the public from the grass root.
He said the NGO has among other things educated corps members on the need to be politically abreast with the menace of Vote Buying (termed NO TO VOTE BUYING) and the need to stay away from corrupt practices.
Mr. Chambali also told the State Coordinator of the organization's plans to train the 2019 Batch 'C' Corps members on anti-corruption and also equip the Independent Corrupt Practices Commisssion (ICPC) Community Development group so that they can also educate members of the public.
Mr. Chambali was accompanied by Mr. Babajide Kolawole.
