Afolayan said forgery, fraud and intake of hardware drugs are prohibited in the national scheme, as the punishment for such acts include, sanction from the camp court and disciplinary committee, prosecution by the Nigerian Police Force and Extension of service years.

"On this camp discipline is our watch word. You must maintain discipline as corps members at all time. The Camp Court has been constituted to try corps members for indiscipline. We also have the Corps Disciplinary Committee.

"Majority of corps members present fake medical certificate of fitness. Those fake certificate of fitness and fake documents, if discovered  you would be prosecuted and handed over to the police.

"No corps member is expected to posses arms and ammunition, anyone caught would be handed over to the police for persecution. Also the  possession of hard drugs, such as tramadol, cocaine, Indian hemp is prohibited. Corps members are not expected to be involved in this.

Afolayan also emphasied on the need for corps members to maintain discipline and adhere to the NYSC rules, as non-compliance would get disciplinary measures.

"One has to maintain discipline and abide by the NYSC rules. Failure to wear the NYSC uniform properly would attract sanction from the Camp court and the Corp disciplinary committee, who will try those corps members who have erred the rules of the NYSC, which are on the orientation guide.
