The National Youth Service Corps Lagos state secretariat has held the 6th edition of yet another impacting and knowledge filled lecture, which were delivered by two Assistant Directors.
The 1st speaker, AD Special Duties, Miss. Maria Ajiboye, delivered a lecture on “ROLES OF AN INSPECTOR IN CRISIS MANAGEMENT” where she spoke extensively on the functions and roles of the Zonal and Local Government Inspectors in identifying corps members problems and how to solve them.

AD Reforms, Mr. Adegboyega Killa talked about the vision of the Reforms unit and factors that can affect work flow such as lack of commitment to the job, lack of passion/energy for the job etc.
He however stated the ways to good service delivery, among which are, accountability, accuracy and efficiency.
During the occasion, the State Coordinator, Mr. Eddy Megwa in his magnanimity presented token of appreciation to some Officers of the secretariat going on transfer.
Mr Megwa thanked them for all their individual and collective contributions towards improving the lots of the secretariat.
He charged them to always keep the NYSC flag flying as they report to their new work locations.
The knowledge Sharing Session is scheduled for its 7th Edition next week wednesday.
