Camp Officials at the 2020 Batch 'B' stream 1A Orientation Course today Monday 10th November 2020 underwent the rapid Covid-19 test as part of NCDC guidelines for the opening of Camp activities.
It would be recalled that the Director General Brig Gen S Ibrahim charged all states to ensure that everybody that will participate in the orientation camp pass the NCDC covid19 test.
In compliance to the above, all camp officials were made to pass through the screening exercise.
In his remarks during the exercise, the State Coordinator, Mr. Eddy Megwa informed the house that prior to the commencement of the Orientation Course, 15 (fifteen) corps medical personnel were trained by NCDC to assist in administering the Covid test on all Camp Officials including all Camp market operators.
This is to ensure that Government stipulations on the adherence of anti Covid protocols are diligently observed.
He added that every prospective Corps member and other Course participants will also be taken through the process.
He thanked all Camp Officials for their cooperation and expressed appreciation to the NCDC team for the activity.
