Members of the Nigeria Medical Association (NMA) Lagos branch led by Dr. Joy Agbara paid a courtesy visit on the NYSC Lagos State coordinator, Mr. Eddy Megwa at the ongoing orientation course for the 2020 Batch 'A' and 'B' stream 1B in the Iyana Ipaja camp.
The state coordinator intimated the team about the Health Initiative for Rural Dwellers (HIRD) outreach coming up on Wednesday 16th December 2020 at the permanent orientation camp site in Agbowa.
He used the occasion to solicit for their support in the area of drugs to be used for the outreach.
In her response, the team leader said the NMA in Lagos State is always ready to support the NYSC whenever the need arises.
She added that her team was highly impressed with the whole Covid 19 safety protocols put in place in the camp.
